Payment Confirmation & VAT


After a payment is received and logged in our system, you will receive a "Payment Confirmation" via email. The payment confirmation email serves as a receipt of payment, confirming the exact amount that was received and how it was applied to the outstanding balance in your account. If the payment received was more or less than your outstanding account balance you will have an updated balance or credit that corresponds with the received amount. 


Lynk is required by law to pay VAT on the service fee that we charge (10% of the total value of the job). This 16% VAT is included in the service fee and is not charged as an extra cost to you. If you are a VAT registered business or if you require a VAT table receipt for accounting purposes, please reply to the request for payment and our finance team will assist.
